Brad Lewis

CPA/PFS

Brad Lewis is managing Partner at Hayden Ross, PLLC. He has been providing consulting, accounting, and taxation services for businesses, individuals, and governmental organizations since 1990. He specializes in business, tax and personal financial planning, investment advisory services and governmental auditing.

Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Idaho. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant , a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a Personal Financial Specialist. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as several public service and community organizations. He has also served as President of the Idaho Society of CPA's and is currently serving a five year term on the Idaho State Board of Accountancy.

James Pilcher

CPA/PFS

Jim began his accounting career with Hayden Ross, PLLC in 1973, following graduation from the University of Idaho and three years of service in the U.S. Navy.  Jim became a partner in 1974.  He has focused primarily in tax compliance and governmental auditing, but has also served clients with personal financial planning and business services.  Jim has served the accounting profession as a member and chair of the Idaho Society of CPAs and the State Board of Accountancy, and is currently representing Idaho as a member of the AICPA Council.  He is the firm’s quality control partner, and performs peer reviews for other CPA firms.

David Jones

CPA/PFS

Dave Jones is a Partner at Hayden Ross, PLLC. He has been providing consulting, accounting, and taxation services for businesses and individuals since 1974. He specializes in business and personal financial planning, investment advisory services, and income tax planning.

Dave received a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Washington State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a Personal Financial Specialist. He is affiliated with several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as several public service and community organizations.

Cade Konen

CPA/PFS

Cade Konen, CPA/PFS is a partner at Hayden Ross, PLLC.  He has been in public accounting since starting with Hayden Ross, PLLC in 1996.   Cade has focused primarily on corporate, partnership, estate, and individual taxation, but also has served clients in the governmental, non-profit, and for profit auditing areas.   He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Idaho and is a member of the AICPA, the AICPA Tax Section, and the Idaho and Washington Society of CPA’s.   In 2006, he was awarded the designation of Personal Financial Specialist, a designation only provided to CPA’s.

Nate Strong

CPA/PFS

Nate is a partner at Hayden Ross, PLLC and has been with the firm since graduating from the University of Idaho in 1997 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in both Accounting and Finance.  His focus is primarily on individual and small business income tax and not-for-profit auditing.  In addition, he provides investment advisory and financial planning services to clients.  Nate is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the Idaho Society of CPA's.  In 2006, he was awarded the designation of Personal Financial Specialist by the AICPA.  Nate currently serves in a volunteer role as treasurer for the Moscow Central Lions Club.

Mark Watson

Mark is a staff accountant at Hayden Ross, PLLC and has been providing consulting, accounting, and taxation services for businesses, individuals, governmental and non-profit organizations at Hayden Ross, PLLC since 2006.  Before joining Hayden Ross, PLLC, Mark served as a Financial Officer for several non-profit and governmental organizations.  He specializes in individual tax, non-profit and governmental auditing, QuickBooks consulting, and accounting services.  Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Idaho in 1993.  He is affiliated with several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Idaho Society of Public Accountants as well as public service and community orgaizations.

Jennifer Clark

CPA Candidate

Jennifer is a staff accountant at Hayden Ross, PLLC.  She has been with Hayden Ross, PLLC since 2006, when she worked as an intern for 2 years.  She graduated from University of Idaho with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and began working as a staff accountant in 2008.   She has been involved in governmental, not-for-profit, and for-profit organization auditing and accounting.  She also works on not-for-profit, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.  She is currently a CPA candidate and stays current on all continuing professional education.
