Cost Segregation

Cost segregation studies are a unique tax savings tool designed for businesses and/ or individuals who have constructed, purchased, remodeled, or expanded real property. This study is designed to identify property with depreciable lives of 5, 7, and 15 years, rather than the usual 27 ½ or 39 years. This will allow for deferral on state and federal income taxes and will increase cash flow.
